![]() METHOD FOR MANUFACTURING A SHOE
专利摘要:
The present invention provides a method for better joining together the upper and the outer sole of a shoe and comprises: an upper comprising a lateral portion and a lower portion; a connecting portion with a first surface enclosing the lateral portion of the upper, a second surface fixed to the first surface and extending outward, a third surface fixed to the second surface and extending downwards and a fourth surface which is attached to the third surface and which again runs inwards, with several holes adapted in the second surface and an outer sole enclosing the connecting part and the lower part of the upper mark, whereby a material forming the outer sole also forms a gap between fills the fourth face of the connecting portion and the lower portion of the upper as well as the holes in the second face. 公开号:BE1018362A3 申请号:E2007/0522 申请日:2007-10-30 公开日:2010-09-07 发明作者:Chuang-Chuan Chen 申请人:Chen Ming Te; IPC主号:
专利说明:
METHOD FOR MANUFACTURING A SHOE The invention relates to a method for manufacturing a shoe and in particular to a method for connecting the upper and the outer sole of a shoe. Figure 1 shows a conventional way of manufacturing a shoe involving an upper 110, a connecting portion 120 with a plurality of holes 140 and an outer sack 130. The connecting portion 120 is stitched onto the upper 110 and then encloses the lower portion of the upper 110. The upper 110 is placed in a mold together with the connecting portion 120, and molten rubber is poured into the mold to form the outer sack 130. The holes 140 in the connecting portion 120 are filled with rubber and thus support the connection between the upper 110 and the outer column 130. But the connection strength thus obtained between the upper 110 and the outer column 130 is not always large enough. There is therefore a need for a solution that improves the bonding strength between the upper 110 and the outer shack 130. An object of the present invention is to make available a method for joining the upper and the outer pouch involving: An upper comprising a side portion and a bottom portion; A connecting portion comprising a first surface enclosing the side portion of the upper, a second surface connected to the first surface and projecting outward, a third surface connected to the second surface projecting downward and a fourth face connected to the third face and facing inwards with several holes arranged in the second face; and An outer zipper enclosing the connecting portion and the lower portion of the upper, wherein a material from which the outer zipper is formed fills a gap between the fourth plane of the connecting portion and the lower portion of the upper as well as the holes in the second plane. These and other features and advantages of the present invention will become readily apparent to those skilled in the art from the following description in which a preferred embodiment of this invention is no more than an example of one of the ways in which the invention best applied, displayed and described. It will be clear that the invention can be carried out in various ways and without departing from the invention, changes can be made to various details of the invention in various obvious ways. Accordingly, the drawings and descriptions are to be regarded as illustrative in nature and not restrictive. Figure 1 illustrates a conventional method for manufacturing a shoe. Figure 2 illustrates an embodiment of the present invention. Figure 3 shows a cross-section of the present invention. Figure 4 is a side view of the shoe. In an embodiment illustrated in Figure 2, a shoe comprises an upper 200 consisting of a side portion 210 and a lower portion 220, a connecting portion 230, and an outer column 240. The connecting portion 230 comprises four faces. The first face 231 is stitched onto the lower part of the side portion of the upper 210 and encloses the upper 200. The second face 232 is attached to the first face 231 and extends outward. A plurality of holes 235 are provided in the second face 232. The third face 233 is attached to the second face 232 and runs downwards. The first face 231 and the third face 233 are parallel to each other and are connected by means of the second face 232. The fourth face 234 is attached to the third face 233 and re-enters. The fourth plane comprises a plurality of saw-tooth-shaped portions that run parallel to the second plane 232. There is a gap between the lower part of the upper or lower structure 220 and the fourth plane 234. The upper 200 and the connecting portion 230 are placed in a mold (not shown here). A material such as rubber is melted and molded into the mold to form the outer pouch 240. The material also fills the gaps in the second face and the gap between the base 220 and fourth face 234 and thus forms part of the connection of the outer column 240 and the upper 200. Figure 3 shows a cross-section of the shoe. The fourth face 234 is not in the same cross section as the other faces. It has been shown to better understand the construction. The second face 232 is not shown to actually form a hole in the cross-section. Figure 4 shows a side view of the shoe. Those skilled in the art will appreciate that the embodiment of the present invention as shown in the drawings and as described above is only an example and is not intended to be comprehensive. The foregoing description of the preferred embodiment of the present invention is for the purpose of being illustrative and descriptive only. It is not intended to be comprehensive nor to limit the invention to the precise form or to the exemplary embodiments described herein. Accordingly, the foregoing description is to be regarded as illustrative and not restrictive. For those who are practically active in this field, many changes and modifications will be obvious. The embodiments have been selected and described to explain the principles of the invention and the best practical mode of application as well as possible to enable those skilled in the art to understand how the invention can be applied in different ways and with different modifications depending on the intended use or intended use. The scope of the invention is intended to be determined by the appended claims and their equivalents, wherein all terms are intended in their reasonably broadest sense, unless otherwise indicated. It will be appreciated that one skilled in the art can adapt the described embodiments without departing from the scope of the present invention as defined by the following claims. Furthermore, no element or component of the present description is deemed to be brought into the public domain, regardless of whether this element or component is explicitly described in the following claims.
